Material Receiving Control
Material Receiving Control system works with Purchase Order Control System. Material Receiving includes the function for recording the material received and monitoring the Incoming Quality Control inspection plan status. The inspection plan in the system supporting the MIIL105D single level inspection standard.
 

		Support Auto-generation or Manual sequencing Goods Received Note (GRN) Number;
		Keep Tracking Inspection Item for the Incoming Quality Control;
		Support Sampling Inspection Planning deviate for each GRN;
		Provides control on the Inspection processes;
		Support Return To Vendor processes;
		Integration to Inventory control system to generate transaction in stock movement;
		Integration to Purchase Order control system to feedback the outstanding P.O. Quantity;
		Support Receive/Count Quantities TWO steps receiving operation;
		Support Secondary GRN mode for cross-plant material transition receipt;
		Support Receiving operation for Subcontract contracts.
